Mundo.<\/li><li>Access <strong>Profile<\/strong>.<\/li><li>Select <strong>Delete account<\/strong>.<\/li><li>Read the information provided and confirm the deletion.<\/li><\/ol>\n<h2 style=\"color:#FFFFFF; font-size:24px; margin:32px 0 12px;\">Exclusion without access to the application.<\/h2>\n<p>If you are unable to access the application, please send an email to <a style=\"color:#FFFFFF; text-decoration:underline; font-weight:600;\" href=\"mailto:maila@hi-mundosustentavel.com.br?subject=Exclus%C3%A3o%20de%20conta%20-%20Hi%21%20Mundo\">maila@hi-mundosustentavel.com.br<\/a> with the subject <strong>Account deletion \u2014 Hi! World<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>To help locate the account and confirm your identity, please provide the following information:<\/p>\n<ul><li>full name;<\/li><li>registered email address;<\/li><li>Registered phone number.<\/li><\/ul>\n<p><strong>Never send out your password or access code.<\/strong><\/p>\n<h2 style=\"color:#FFFFFF; font-size:24px; margin:32px 0 12px;\">Deleted data<\/h2>\n<p>After identity verification, the following will be permanently deleted:<\/p>\n<ul><li>The account and registration details;<\/li><li>the authentication data linked to the account;<\/li><li>the recycling history;<\/li><li>Points, coupons, and benefits;<\/li><li>rescue records;<\/li><li>other personal data associated with the account.<\/li><\/ul>\n<p>The deletion will be processed immediately after identity verification. No personal data associated with the account will be retained after the process is complete.<\/p>\n<p>The deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
