Purposes of treatment<\/h2>\n<p>The data is used for:<\/p>\n<ul><li>Create, authenticate, and manage the account;<\/li><li>Record recycling activities and calculate points and benefits;<\/li><li>Allow the issuance of coupons, redemptions, and history inquiries;<\/li><li>Send communications and notifications related to the service;<\/li><li>To provide support and respond to user requests;<\/li><li>Protect accounts, prevent fraud, and investigate misuse;<\/li><li>To maintain security and improve the app&#039;s functionality;<\/li><li>To produce statistical and environmental reports using anonymized data;<\/li><li>to fulfill legal obligations and exercise rights.<\/li><\/ul>\n<p>The processing is carried out in accordance with applicable legal bases, including the performance of the requested service, compliance with a legal obligation, legitimate interest, and consent, when necessary.<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"color:#FFFFFF; font-size:24px; margin:32px 0 12px;\">3. Sharing<\/h2>\n<p>The data may be processed by infrastructure, authentication, storage, notification, and support providers, including Google Firebase and Expo services, to the extent necessary for the application to function.<\/p>\n<p>Information regarding recycling and program performance may only be shared with partners in an anonymized form, without directly identifying the user.<\/p>\n<p>Data may also be provided to public authorities when there is a legal obligation or valid requirement.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Hi! Deletion also eliminates recycling history, points, coupons, benefits, and redemption records linked to the account.
