You can request the permanent deletion of your account from the app. Hi! World and all data associated with it.

Exclusion via the app

If you still have access to the app:

1. Log in to your account on Hi! Mundo.
2. Access Profile.
3. Select Delete account.
4. Read the information provided and confirm the deletion.

Exclusion without access to the application.

If you are unable to access the application, please send an email to maila@hi-mundosustentavel.com.br with the subject Account deletion — Hi! World.

To help locate the account and confirm your identity, please provide the following information:

• full name;
• registered email address;
• Registered phone number.

Never send out your password or access code.

Deleted data

After identity verification, the following will be permanently deleted:

• The account and registration details;
• the authentication data linked to the account;
• the recycling history;
• Points, coupons, and benefits;
• rescue records;
• other personal data associated with the account.

The deletion will be processed immediately after identity verification. No personal data associated with the account will be retained after the process is complete.

The deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Deleted points, coupons, benefits, and history cannot be recovered.
