This policy explains what data is processed, how it is used and shared, and how users can exercise their rights.

1. Processed data

Hi! Mundo may process the following data, depending on the functionalities used:

• Name, CPF (Brazilian tax identification number), email, phone number, and address;
• Data required for account creation and authentication;
• Recycling history, including items, dates, quantities, and score;
• Balance, coupons, benefits, redemptions, and orders;
• Technical information about the device and notification token;
• preferences, interactions, and technical records of the application;
• Information submitted by the user when contacting support.

2. Purposes of treatment

The data is used for:

• Create, authenticate, and manage the account;
• Record recycling activities and calculate points and benefits;
• Allow the issuance of coupons, redemptions, and history inquiries;
• Send communications and notifications related to the service;
• To provide support and respond to user requests;
• Protect accounts, prevent fraud, and investigate misuse;
• To maintain security and improve the app's functionality;
• To produce statistical and environmental reports using anonymized data;
• to fulfill legal obligations and exercise rights.

The processing is carried out in accordance with applicable legal bases, including the performance of the requested service, compliance with a legal obligation, legitimate interest, and consent, when necessary.

3. Sharing

The data may be processed by infrastructure, authentication, storage, notification, and support providers, including Google Firebase and Expo services, to the extent necessary for the application to function.

Information regarding recycling and program performance may only be shared with partners in an anonymized form, without directly identifying the user.

Data may also be provided to public authorities when there is a legal obligation or valid requirement.

Hi! Mundo does not sell personal data.

4. Storage and security

Hi! Mundo adopts technical and administrative measures designed to protect data against unauthorized access, loss, alteration, disclosure, or improper destruction.

Although no system is completely risk-free, we strive to use controls that are consistent with the nature of the data processed and to limit access only to the people and suppliers who need this information.

5. Retention and exclusion

Personal data is kept while the account is active and for the period necessary to provide the requested services.

The user can request permanent account deletion:

• within the application, in Profile → Delete account; or
• via the page hi-mundosustentavel.com.br/exclusao-de-conta.

After identity verification, the account and associated personal data will be deleted immediately. Deletion also eliminates recycling history, points, coupons, benefits, and redemption records linked to the account. No personal data associated with the account will be retained after the process is complete.

6. User Rights

Under the General Data Protection Law (LGPD), the user may request, when applicable:

• confirmation of the existence of treatment;
• access to personal data;
• Correction of incomplete, inaccurate, or outdated data;
• Information about data sharing;
• anonymization, blocking or deletion of data processed improperly;
• deletion of data processed with consent;
• revocation of consent;
• opposition to treatments performed in violation of the law.

To protect the cardholder, Hi! Mundo may request information necessary to confirm their identity before fulfilling the order.

7. Use by minors

Hi! Mundo is designed for people of all ages.

8. Changes to this policy

This Privacy Policy may be updated to reflect changes to the application, internal processes, or legislation. The current version will always be available on this page, along with the date of the last update.
